• Stosowanie planu zapobiegania ryzyku, branie pod uwagę wymogów bezpieczeństwa (personel i sprzęt)
• Strategia konserwacji dopasowana do poziomu krytyczności sprzętu
• Wdrożono plany konserwacji i uwzględniono parametry dopływu (w tym udział w kontroli procesu poprzez wdrożenie, zastosowanie i rozwój planów konserwacji).
• Ciągła optymalizacja skuteczności interwencji (analiza wyników konserwacji i wdrożenie koniecznych działań w dynamiczny, ciągły sposób w perspektywie krótko- i średnioterminowej (tydzień/miesiąc)
• Optymalizacja kosztów konserwacji (operacyjna skuteczność, zużycie energii i części zamiennych)
• Wdrożono kroki i narzędzia MMW oraz normy dotyczące porządku i czystości.
• Zapewniono wytrzymałość sprzętu zwłaszcza poprzez zajęcie się sprawami związanymi z żywotnością
• Dostosowano zasoby (kompetencje i ilość), utworzono plany szkolenia i awansów
