KLUCZOWE OCZEKIWANE OSIĄGNIĘCIA: • Przekazywanie zamówień zgodnie z planem sourcingu (katalogi elektroniczne mają pierwszeństwo) lub poprzez punktowe delegowanie • Śledzenie dostawy towarów pod względem zgodności z procesem oraz Zasadami Zakupów Michelin • Identyfikowanie niezgodności jakościowych oraz wysyłanie reklamacji dostawcom (opóźnienie, ilość, problem z jakością) • Przesyłanie kupcom zapotrzebowań zakupowych przekraczających swój autoryzowany limit • Monitorowanie zamówień, od zapotrzebowań (zgodnie z planem sourcingu) do planowanych dostaw. • Przesyłanie niezbędnych informacji do dostawców (wnioskodawca, adres dostawy, opakowanie...). • Śledzenie wskaźników • Archiwizacja dokumentów administracyjnych.
