MISSION :

1. Provide definitions of the external geometry of the tire (contact area between the tire and the curing mold)

2. Integrate both tire performance constraints and industrial constraints (mold manufacturing and usage)

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

0–5 years of experience in CAD design, mechanical design, automotive, tire, or related engineering domains.

Hands-on experience with CATIA V5/V6.

CAD Models and nomenclature of the external geometry of the tire (tread and/or marking) that meet the tire specifications, as well as norms and regulations. These models integrate mold manufacturing /utilization, cost and standardization constraints :
-Updates existing CAD models (simple update and/or use of an existing master model)
- Model's creation for simple geometries with or without master models
- Model's creation for complex geometries with or without master models

Estimate Performance for the design team using the CAD performance simulation models

Build Parametric CAD models (master models) and associated documentation, used for the declinaison of a series of dimension or the representation performance area (sculpture or marking)

Evolution of Methods and / or tools that improve quality or efficiency of the metier

Animation of Processes, tools and methods training sessions
