Territory Business Manager – Beyond Road
Covering: Northeast England & East of England
Starting Salary: £41,500 + OTE Bonus + car
We are searching for a technically minded sales professional with experience in agriculture, mining, or construction. If you understand the challenges of these industries and know how to speak the language of fleet owners, site managers, specialist dealers — and you’re driven, commercially sharp, and thrive on building long-term business relationships while chasing down new opportunities — we want to hear from you!
What You Bring:
A technical background in agriculture, mining, or construction
Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
Enthusiasm for technical content and the ability to communicate it clearly
A customer-first mindset and strong listening skills
Independence, resilience, and excellent organisational skills
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when needed
Ideally based near Yorkshire, Leeds or Harrogate
A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing existing dealer and end-user relationships while actively seeking out new business opportunities across the Northeast and East of England. You’ll build trust and credibility with customers in specialist sectors, using your industry knowledge to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions from our product and service portfolio. You’ll keep a close eye on competitor activity, contribute to strategic lead generation, and confidently position our offering against others in the market. Whether it’s troubleshooting product challenges or pitching our value proposition, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and delivering results.
