KLUCZOWE OCZEKIWANE OSIĄGNIĘCIA Zarządzanie zamówieniami i dostawą • Przejmuje, rejestruje i zatwierdza zamówienia klientów zgodnie z ich potrzebami, umową i zdefiniowanym poziomem serwisu • Proponuje alternatywne produkty w przypadku wycofania lub niedoboru • W razie potrzeby optymalizuje, planuje i koordynuje dostawę z klientami i partnerami Monitorowanie wykonania • Obsługuje portfele zamówień klientów i monitoruje ich realizację • Współpracuje z odpowiednimi partnerami, aby zapewnić terminowość dostaw i usługi zgodnie z ustaleniamu • Proaktywnie ostrzega klienta o wszelkich zdarzeniach, opóźnieniach lub błędach dotyczących zobowiązania serwisowego i angażuje się w poszukiwanie rozwiązania dla klienta • Informuje i kontaktuje się z klientami Zarządzanie zapotrzebowaniami • Przejmuje zapotrzebowania i reklamacje klientów • Analizuje i zapewnia rozwiązanie problemu lub udzielenie własciwych odpowiedzi • Kontakty, kontynuacja działań i rozwiązywanie problemów z klientem • Przeprowadza podstawową analizę przyczyn źródłowych i wdraża działania korygujące w celu wyeliminowania powtórzenia się zdarzeń. • Dzielenie się informacjami na temat powtarzających się problemów z odpowiednimi partnerami wewnętrznymi w celu znalezienia rozwiązań Wsparcie sprzedaży • Wykorzystanie możliwości sprzedaży produktów pokrewnych lub droższych w odpowiedzi na zamówienia klienta, zapotrzebowania oraz zarządzanie portfolio Stosowanie i ulepszanie metod pracy • Stosowanie norm i procedur (w tym zasad kontroli wewnętrznej i embargo…..). • Przyczynia się do ciągłego doskonalenia w celu poprawy metod pracy i zwiększenia zadowolenia klienta
