To be successful in Customer Marketing Manager role :

You are a business partner, collaborating with Customers (tire dealers) - mainly focused on wholesalers and car dealers networks - and Sales team to propose and develop joint plans that address channel distribution, product, pricing, and promotions that will drive traffic/business.

You track KPIs, identifies areas for improvement within purchase funnel and marketing campaign performance

You are a marketing specialist with sales culture, dedicated to a dealer relationship, understanding the multi-channel touchpoints -online/offline.

Also, you are the entry point for MICHELIN Pro Business program in Benelux (sub dealers program, loyalty & engagement business program), and the coordinator of the national animations in Benelux.

You are customer-focused, if not obsessed, developing customer experience strategies, programs and tools to support business.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Animation on Sell Out & event management :

- In charge of specific animation with customers + national animation (for all dealers) in Benelux, deploying and adapting national animations done in France. (adaptation and translation of legal mentions, POS material.

- Be responsible of event activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants.

- Analyse P&L results on Sell out and customers satisfaction

  • Content Marketing

- Adapt and translate content coming from Europe / French team

- Produces or coordinates production of advertisments and promotions with external agencies.

- Identifying the needs for digital assets accross the purchase funnel

  • Channel and Distribution Management

- Aligns retail activities with channel strategy (e.g. direct sales, wholesalers, Value-added Re-sellers, partners, manufacturers, eRetail, etc.).

- Assists in the identification of potential channel members and their retail needs to drive traffic

  • Product & Service and Technical Knowledge

- Differentiates between product/service features and benefits, and value for customers

- Locates and uses expertise of others to improve product knowledge.

- Displays knowledge of how products/services compare with those of the competition.

  • Strategic Retail Planning and Organizing

- Helps develop customer advocacy to build long-term business relationships.

- Identifies varied resources needed to achieve business goals

Team : you are part of the France-Benelux B2B and B2C marketing team. And you strongly collaborate with the marketing team, Sales team, Communication team, Legal...
 

Business travel requirement :

- in average 2 days per week

- in Belgium & Netherlands + France (Clermont-Ferrand headquarters)
