In 2018, I took the position of the Maintenance Coordinator at The Passenger Tyres Plant TC2. My main mission is to manage the technical and methodological support team to contribute to the improvement of the plant's performance. We work with our team on a daily basis to improve the reliability of machines, and thus the availability of machines for production. Being a student of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics at the Gdańsk University of Technology, I knew that I wanted to work in a company that offers professional development opportunities. I chose Michelin. And I was right. In 2007, I started working as a Maintenance Specialist, and after 2.5 years I became the Project Manager. In 2015, I took the position of Maintenance Manager. It was then that I felt that working with people gave me great satisfaction. Taking up challenges together, where everyone puts their energy and uses their skills, and at the same time the achieved results motivate to further action. Each of the positions I held had an impact on my professional and personal development. At every stage of my professional development, I took part in trainings, and while working, I improved these skills in practice. What I value most in my work is the atmosphere and respect for the other person. Additionally, teamwork gives mutual motivation and knowledge exchange. The Michelin company is constantly developing. New investment projects are always a pleasant surprise. This gives us a guarantee of working in a modern and safe environment.
